The video showed Floyd, who was unarmed and handcuffed, being held face-down by a Minneapolis police officer, who kept his knee on Floyd's neck as he pleaded, "I can't breathe." Floyd eventually closed his eyes and stopped speaking.
But the ensuing death of unarmed black man George Floyd while in the custody of Minneapolis.
George Floyd deserved better and his family deserves justice.

We need to be better to one another no matter race creed or color otherwise we as a union will not survive and that should really be what we are all. The former Minneapolis Police officer who pressed his knee into George Floyd's neck was charged on Wednesday with a new, more serious count of second-degree murder, and the three other officers on. When you escalate a situation you should also be part of the de-escalation process.
